Decorating

Each year on the Friday of Homecoming, the JCN students get out of class in the afternoon and decorate until the students line up for the parade at 2:10 p.m. Each class decorates a portion of the football field with their chosen theme. Then students grab banners that they have made and parade through town, following the middle school band. Candidates ride in special vehicles such as antique trucks and cars from local patrons. The afternoon of decorating ends with a pep rally and the announcement of the Spirit Week winners.
