College Calculus

Students can earn both high school and college credit at the same time by paying the college tuition (approximately $213) to Highland Community College. This course provides exposure to concepts covered in a college Calculus course. This course provides exposure to concepts covered in a college Calculus course. Topics include graphing and evaluating various functions, evaluating limits, derivatives, and integrals and continued use of the Unit circle. Students are allowed access to TI-82 Graphing calculators which are well incorporated throughout the year. This course is recommended for college bound students, especially those planning to major in Math, Engineering, Physics, or Business.

PREREQUISITE: Geometry or Trigonometry
