Quill and Scroll's purpose is to encourage and recognize individual student achievement in journalism and scholastic publications, specifically yearbook and web page design at Jefferson County North High School.

Member Requirements:

1. Classified as a junior or senior

2. Be in the upper third of your class scholastically the year of your nomination or cumulative of all high school work

3. Completed superior work in yearbook or web page design.

4. Recommended by adviser
