2005-06 Board Goals

PRIMARY GOALS
GOAL 1: Quality of Instruction - The schools will continue
to support and develop a structure which maximizes teaching
and learning for all students.
GOAL 2: Marketing – Staff and board will promote
the
strengths of the schools and work toward cooperative
agreements with neighboring districts.
GOAL 3: Accountability – The staff and board will
continue to
develop and improve evaluation tools which promote student
learning.
SECONDARY GOALS
GOAL 4: Finances – The schools will continue to
demonstrate
fiscal integrity through careful planning and goal setting.
GOAL 5: Facilities – The schools will insure that
facilities are
kept safe and up to date.
GOAL 6: Improve climate in all schools and community
– Staff and board will continue to foster a culture of cooperation
and striving for common goals.
GOAL 7: Board/Superintendent Relations – The staff
and
board will model cooperation and working toward common goals
while conducting board business.
